Cleaning that brings the outside of a home back, windows inside and out, and interior and exterior painting. We still do not do carpets, ovens or end-of-lease cleans — we stick to the work we are set up to do well.
AK Exteriors looks after homes and small commercial properties, inside and out — driveways and paths, solar arrays, gutters and roofs outside; windows inside and out; and interior and exterior painting.
Two things shape how we work. The first is that most of this job happens at height, so a written Safe Work Method Statement, signed on site, is not paperwork we do for large clients — it is how every job starts. The second is water: exterior cleaning produces wastewater, and letting detergent runoff reach a stormwater drain is an offence in every state we work in. So containment and lawful disposal is part of the quote, not an extra.
We quote by email rather than over the phone. You get the price in writing, itemised, valid for fourteen days, and nobody rings you to follow up.
